Toy Boxes & Curriculum

What are your membership plans and pricing?

We currently offer two plans:
1) the 3-months plan (225 TL / month);
2) the 6-month plan (195 TL / month).

What payment methods do you accept?

iyzico is our payment partner. You can pay with Visa and Mastercard, which are both supported by iyzico.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

moritoys membership is based on a subscription service which renews automatically. You may put your membership on hold at any time through your membership page.

If you have signed up for the 3-month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date with the same plan after your 3 month plan ends. If you signed up for a prepaid
6-month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date with the same plan after your
6 month plan ends.

Which ages do you cater for?

3-6 years old (36-83 months).

What can I expect in each box?

Each box contains two toys and a book in Turkish or an OKIDO Magazine.

What is PYP (Primary Years Programme)?

The International Baccalaureate® (IB) Primary Years Programme is a curriculum framework designed for students aged 3 to 12. Early learning in the PYP is a holistic learning experience that integrates socio-emotional, physical and cognitive development.

The PYP transdisciplinary framework focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both at school and beyond. With its powerful emphasis on inquiry-based learning, PYP nurtures independent learning skills, encouraging every student to take responsibility for their own learning.

How is your curriculum built?

Our curriculum is based on PYP’s trans-disciplinary skills development framework, which is the most suitable component of PYP for learning in life outside of school.

Through PYP skills, students acquire and apply a set of transdisciplinary skills: social skills, communication skills, thinking skills, research skills and self-management skills. Our educational specialists have built our curriculum to nurture a balanced evolution of skills based on key developmental milestones between ages 3 and 6.

When will I be billed for my subscription? What is my renewal / billing date?

The renewal (or billing date) is the day you are billed each month. Your billing cycle begins on the initial registration date and will renew on the same day of each month thereafter.

For example, if you sign up on 1st of July, your next billing renewal date will be 1st of August and so on. Please note this might change by +- 2 days if your billing day falls on a weekend or a holiday.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Of course you can. Just log in to your account and click ‘Deactivate my membership’, or contact us at

How can I add another child to my subscription?

Just log in to your account and click on ‘Add Another Child’ under your member profile. Alternatively you can contact us directly. Second children get a 20% discount!

Can I choose my toys?

moritoys’ mission is to provide world leading toys to its customers in a plan that nurtures important developmental milestones. That is why we believe in the value of our curriculum and for now, we only cater through our PYP early years programme.

Sharing Toys

How you sanitize?

moritoys is obsessed with cleanliness. Our 3 step sanitisation process ensures that are toys are cleaner than most toys already out there in the big wide world.

We have a 3 step cleaning process:

1. Cleaning – we use toxin-free, baby safe ECOVER products to thoroughly clean each and every toy we receive.

2. Ultrasonic sanitisation – we use ultrasonic baths to remove additional germs and bacteria.

3. Protection – we carefully pack each toy in reusable cloth bags to keep them clean and germ-free during storage and shipment.

What happens if my child wants to keep one of the toys?

No problem, we completely understand that children sometimes get attached to a particular toy. You are welcome to buy it from us. Please email us directly at .

What happens if my child loses or damages the toy?

We do not charge for normal wear and tear or missing pieces, small signs that testify a child has had fun, as long as it still allows the toy to be used again. However, if there is significant damage or loss which prevents onwards use, the user is required to purchase the toy. And you never know, maybe your child can bring the toy a new lease of life ☺

Can I return only part of my box and keep the rest for a while longer?

In order to receive a new shipment, all toys need to be returned to us. If you want to enjoy your toys longer, you can choose to continue with your current box for another month, or purchase your favorite toys.

I found toy pieces or manuals after returning my toys, what should I do?

Contact us at . We will either schedule a pick up, or will ask you to include those pieces at next delivery.

What if I received a broken toy or a toy with missing parts?

Each toy in a moritoys box is checked for completeness and made sure to be in working condition before delivery. In case of such a rare event, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the toy.

How will I receive and return my box?

All deliveries are made personally by the moritoys team.

We will collect the previous months’ toys while delivering your new surprise package. All you need to do is repack the toys in their original packaging. You are required to return the toys in the same box that they came in.

Don’t forget, books are yours to keep!

Will I get a reminder when my exchange day approaches?

Yes, for all the busy parents out there, you will get an email reminder from us one week prior to your exchange date.

Can I request a pick up from a different address?

Yes, all you need to do is to update the delivery address 48 hours prior to your arranged delivery.

What should I do if I entered a wrong address?

In order to prevent a delay in delivery to the right address, please contact us immediately. A wrong address might result in late delivery.
