All About Emotions

Developed by psychologists and mindfulness experts, this game is designed to help children understand, explore, and regulate their emotions.

• HOW TO PLAY: The game initiates with reflective exercises where children navigate and understand their emotions, followed by the use of 30 coping skills cards to actively regulate and manage those feelings.

• LIFELONG COPING SKILLS: After several plays, kids will learn a variety of coping mechanisms. In time, they will decide which activities are best suited for them, and so develop habits that will help them regulate their emotions throughout their lives.
